Power Yoga Class Workshop

Introduction
In 1990s, as the way to make yoga more accessible to a western audience several yoga teacher introduced “power yoga”, a fitness based yoga that uses the combination technique of Vinyasa and Ashtanga style.

Power yoga emphasis on strength and flexibility, the series of poses based on breath-synchronized movement means that all the poses flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath.

Each element poses of power yoga focus in physical and mental building along with spiritual aspect. Power Yoga is a strong constructed training program that one of another posture in training is connected and relates to build a sequence of spiritual and emotional events.

Goals of power yoga:
1. Muscles relaxation
2. Body shape up
3. Spiritual relaxation for mind and mental
4. Enhancing the body’s ability to burns calories

Duration of power yoga: 60 minute, the best time for practice is two hours after get meal.

Introduction
Almost everyone afraid and avoid to deal with hypnosis because they have perspective that hypnosis is a negative threat that magically allow the brain being manipulated by hypnotist. In fact hypnosis is not magic, it is more like a communication skill to induce and giving a specific suggestion to someone who has ability to enter his/her subconscious (everyone is not hypnotizable and can not be hypnotized if he/she refuse to enter subconscious).

Benefit
Hypnosis is very fundamental to our life that almost all of our time in daily activities (except sleep) are influenced by the other people and sequences. The influences sometime can be filtered by our minds but mostly fail because brain is very vulnerable when it is tired, stress or focusing in one thing. When our brain fails to do the job, the unexpected influences induce our minds and unconsciously make a new suggestion for our belief.

Learning hypnosis will give incredible knowledge to protect life with an extra immunity system in minds in order to be able to filter all of the unexpected influences anytime and at any condition.

Trainer
The trainer is graduated and licensed by IBH (Indonesian Board of Hypnotherapy) and has joined with seminar held by western hypnotherapist.
