What is Reiki?

Reiki is a spiritual healing method from Japan, founded by Sensei Mikao Usui in 1923 after he received a spiritual insight from a long meditation at Mt. Kuruma, Japan.


Reiki is a “ Natural Life Energy from Universe”, Rei = Universe, Ki = Life Energy. Reiki can be used as a healing therapy, spiritual balancing (Meditation), and energy refreshment/balancing.


Why does everyone need Reiki?

To have a good health, human needs not only food or routine exercise in his life but also needs “ki” (Life energy). The natural “ki” from universe will help him/her build and balance his own energy as protection from disease.

Reiki can be accessed in 2 ways:
Spiritual guidance by the Reiki Master to transfer the energy into someone’s body.
Reiki attuning from the Reiki Master to synchronize the energy of the body with the natural life energy from universe in order to be able to channel and access the Reiki.
