Power Yoga Class Workshop
Introduction
In 1990s, as the way to make yoga more accessible to a western audience several yoga teacher introduced “power yoga”, a fitness based yoga that uses the combination technique of Vinyasa and Ashtanga style.
Power yoga emphasis on strength and flexibility, the series of poses based on breath-synchronized movement means that all the poses flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath.
Each element poses of power yoga focus in physical and mental building along with spiritual aspect. Power Yoga is a strong constructed training program that one of another posture in training is connected and relates to build a sequence of spiritual and emotional events.
Goals of power yoga:
1.Muscles relaxation
2.Body shape up
3.Spiritual relaxation for mind and mental
4.Enhancing the body’s ability to burns calories
Duration of power yoga: 60 minute, the best time for practice is two hours after get meal.
